GSC Dashboard is an iOS app operated by Hazcott Limited (company number 16867197), trading online as Hazcott Systems. The app lets you connect your Google Search Console account and view performance data in the app, optional home screen widgets, and PDF reports.

Google API Services User Data
GSC Dashboard's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve app features you request, not for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
1. Information We Access
Google account authorization
If you connect Google Search Console, the app uses Google Sign-In and OAuth. Google may provide account identifiers and access tokens needed to call the Search Console API. We do not store your Google password.
Search Console data
After authorization, the app may request and display data for properties you select, including:
- property URLs or domain properties,
- impressions, clicks, CTR, and average position,
- daily search performance data,
- top search queries and top pages,
- country and device breakdowns when you generate a PDF report or when similar data is fetched for that feature, and
- links to open Search Console web tools in Safari for your selected property.
PDF reports
When you generate a PDF report, the app assembles metrics already cached on your device and may fetch additional Search Console breakdowns (such as country and device) from Google. The PDF is created on your device. We do not upload your report to our servers.
Purchases
Optional Pro features are purchased through Apple's App Store. The app uses RevenueCat to verify entitlement status and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Local app settings and device storage
The app stores settings and cached data on your device, including selected properties, appearance preferences, cached API responses, widget configuration, and widget payload data in an Apple App Group shared with the widget extension.
2. How We Use Information
- authenticate your connection to Google Search Console,
- display dashboards, charts, lists, widgets, and PDF reports,
- cache data locally for performance,
- manage free and Pro feature access, and
- maintain your in-app preferences.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your Google Search Console data. Information may be processed by:
- Google — authentication and Search Console API requests;
- Apple — App Store purchases and platform services;
- RevenueCat — purchase entitlement and restore handling; and
- regulators or advisers where required by law or to protect rights and security.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Search Console data is primarily cached on your device. Data remains until refreshed, cleared when you sign out, or removed when you delete the app.
5. Widgets
Widgets read a limited summary payload from the App Group container. This may include property labels, summary metrics, and recent daily points needed to render the widget.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit and on device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
- Do not connect Google if you do not want to share Search Console data.
- Revoke access in your Google account permissions.
- Sign out in the app or delete the app to remove local data.
8. Children's Privacy
GSC Dashboard is not intended for children under 13.
9. International Use
Google, Apple, and RevenueCat may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
